Position Summary

The Project Leader is responsible for overseeing application development initiatives and managing the technical execution of software projects. This role ensures successful delivery across the full software development lifecycle while maintaining quality timelines and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan organize and lead application development projects
• Translate business and system requirements into technical solutions
• Oversee system design architecture development testing and deployment
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers analysts and testers
• Define project timelines milestones and quality standards
• Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of project goals
• Identify and mitigate project risks and technical issues
• Maintain project documentation and technical specifications
• Support production deployments and post-implementation activities
• Mentor and guide technical team members
