Project Leader ERP Development

Location: Milwaukee WI

Position Summary

The Project Leader ERP Development is responsible for planning coordinating and managing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiatives including system development implementation upgrades enhancements integrations and production support activities. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders ERP technical teams vendors and leadership to ensure successful delivery of ERP solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP development implementation upgrade and enhancement projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business units to gather analyze and validate ERP functional and technical requirements.
• Develop project plans schedules resource allocations budgets and implementation strategies.
• Coordinate ERP Financial and/or HRMS module development and support activities.
• Manage ERP testing efforts including test planning execution defect tracking and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards security requirements and ERP best practices.
• Monitor project milestones risks issues and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitate communication among technical teams end users vendors and executive stakeholders.
• Oversee ERP system documentation technical specifications operational procedures and training materials.
• Support production deployments and post-implementation stabilization activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Computer Science or related field
• 7 years of ERP project leadership experience
• Experience with ERP Financial and/or HRMS systems
• Public sector ERP implementation and support experience
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
