Position Summary

The Project Installer is responsible for assisting with the installation replacement and upgrade of commercial HVAC equipment and systems at customer sites. This role works closely with Project Managers Foremen and Service Technicians to ensure projects are completed safely efficiently and according to company standards.

Essential Core Competencies and Responsibilities:

• Install commercial HVAC equipment ductwork piping controls and related components
• Assist with equipment replacement and retrofit projects
• Read and interpret blueprints drawings and project specifications
• Ensure all installations comply with applicable codes regulations and safety requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all job sites
• Operate hand tools power tools and installation equipment safely
• Communicate effectively with team members supervisors and customers as needed
• Complete required project documentation and reports
• Travel to various job sites as required

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous HVAC installation construction mechanical or related experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to climb ladders work at heights and work in confined spaces
• Ability to stand kneel bend and perform physical labor for extended periods
• Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor weather conditions
