Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a Project Information Specialist I in Austin TX.
- Under direct supervision follows standard procedures processes and techniques to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Performs data entry into an electronic document management system.
- Resolves routine questions and problems and refers more complex issues to higher/more experienced levels.
- May prepare and maintain project filing system.
- Assists in the receiving processing monitoring and expediting of internal and external distribution of engineering and supplier documentation.
- Help coordinate team events
- Gather photos at client milestone events for social media prep
- distribute program wide updates
- invoice entry and project floor plan uploading
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS none of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of project information compliance experience.
- Knowledge of project construction.
- Invoice experience.
