What You ll Own
- Full lifecycle management of heavy civil / heavy highway projects ($10M)
- Financial oversight forecasting and cost control
- CPM schedule development and updates (Primavera P6)
- Change order strategy and negotiations
- Leadership of Superintendents & Project Engineers
- Client and stakeholder relationships
- Risk management and project execution strategy
You ll be accountable for delivering projects safely on schedule on budget and with the level of quality Banicki is known for.
What You Bring
- 5-7 years of heavy civil construction experience
- Proven success managing $10M infrastructure projects
- Strong forecasting and cost control expertise
- Experience with Primavera P6 Bluebeam and Excel
- Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree
- Leadership mindset and field credibility
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Leading Projects up to 30 million
Experieince with box culverts roadway paving and underground utilities
