A premier global law firm is seeking a Project Finance & Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing developers sponsors lenders investors utilities and infrastructure companies in sophisticated project development project finance and M&A transactions.

3 years of project finance infrastructure energy mergers & acquisitions or corporate transactional experience gained at a sophisticated law firm

Experience representing developers sponsors lenders investors utilities private equity funds and infrastructure companies

Experience handling project finance transactions acquisitions dispositions joint ventures and strategic investments

Experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements financing documents credit agreements joint venture agreements development agreements and other complex transaction documents

Experience managing transactions from due diligence through closing

Experience with renewable energy conventional energy infrastructure transportation utilities or large-scale development projects is preferred

Strong drafting negotiation analytical organizational and communication skills

Ability to independently manage sophisticated transactions while maintaining significant client interaction

Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Georgia bar admission required or ability to become admitted
