Compensation: $130K$160K base bonus
Location: Arlington VA (Hybrid)
Position Overview
This is a senior deal-facing role responsible for leading project finance transactions from structuring through execution while partnering closely with internal leadership and external capital providers.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead project finance transactions from origination through close
- Structure and negotiate financing agreements with tax equity and debt partners
- Manage relationships with investors lenders and strategic partners
- Oversee financial modeling valuation and transaction analysis
- Support strategic decision-making across the project portfolio
- Collaborate cross-functionally with development legal and operations teams
- Mentor and support junior team members as appropriate
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
- 510 years of experience in project finance or renewable energy
- Proven track record leading and closing financing transactions
- Strong financial modeling and deal structuring experience
- Required: Renewable energy experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
