Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer High-Speed Manufacturing

A growing manufacturing company in the Williamsport PA area is seeking a Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer for a Direct Hire opportunity. This position will lead capital equipment and manufacturing projects within a high-speed 24/7 production environment.

Salary: $75000$130000 based on experience
Bonus: 10% performance bonus 5% quarterly incentive plan
Relocation assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Qualified candidates will have most of the following:

5 years of Project Engineering experience in high-speed manufacturing
Experience managing capital projects and equipment installations including projects up to $25M
Experience with capital equipment procurement and supplier management
Knowledge of conveyors packaging equipment injection molding or automated manufacturing equipment preferred
Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software
Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
Strong project leadership communication and continuous improvement skills
Bachelors degree in Engineering preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
