If youre ready to build with us were looking for someone:
- With 0-3 years of experience in construction or project management and a bachelors degree preferably in construction management or engineering
- Resilient confident and composed when navigating difficult discussions maintaining strong working relationships under pressure
- Detail-oriented self-starter with a strong sense of ownership accountability timeliness and commitment to delivering high-quality results
In this role you will:
- Review project documents to understand scope sequencing technical requirements and identify constructability issues or conflicts
- Manage RFIs and submittals throughout the project lifecycle ensuring timely coordination tracking and resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams subcontractors vendors and field personnel to support project execution
- Support procurement material release delivery planning scheduling budgeting and cost management activities
