Were seeking a Project Delivery AI & Knowledge Lead to drive the development of a world-class knowledge management capability while identifying and accelerating opportunities to apply AI across our Project Delivery function. Working at the intersection of strategy technology and business transformation youll establish the frameworks partnerships and priorities that enable our teams to deliver more effectively consistently and intelligently.

What youll do

As the Project Delivery AI & Knowledge Lead you will define and lead the roadmap for knowledge management and AI enablement across Project Delivery.

You will:

• Develop and implement a structured approach to capturing curating and leveraging project knowledge lessons learned and delivery insights across GHD.
• Serve as the owner of the Project Delivery knowledge management framework ensuring knowledge assets are accessible relevant and continuously evolving.
• Partner with stakeholders across GHD to build and maintain robust knowledge repositories that support better decision-making and delivery outcomes.
• Identify evaluate and prioritize opportunities to apply AI and emerging technologies to enhance project performance and capability.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders delivery teams and technical specialists to shape AI-enabled solutions that address real business needs.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear business requirements supporting solution design development and implementation.
• Partner closely with Information Services and other technology teams to deliver a coordinated portfolio of initiatives.
• Act as Product Owner for AI and knowledge management solutions guiding development and adoption while ensuring measurable business value.

• Monitor progress manage dependencies and help drive successful delivery of key transformation initiatives.

• Experience leading knowledge management digital transformation innovation or technology-enabled business initiatives.
• Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to identify business challenges and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
• Experience working with or implementing AI-related technologies and capabilities in a business environment.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Salary Range: $150000-$160000 based on location and experience
