**Must be able to work a hybrid onsite schedule at our Addison IL location**

As a Project Coordinator youllhelp bring experiential marketing programs to life from trade shows to live events and branded environments! Partnering with our Addison based Project Management team youll keep projects moving details tight and execution flawless.

What youll be doing

Support Project Managers across multiple fast-paced projects
Keep timelines budgets and deliverables on track
Coordinate with internal teams vendors and partners
Manage project documentation assets and communications
Assist with estimates schedules and workbacks
Communicate status updates clearly to stakeholders
Research vendors materials and fabrication solutions
Review drawings and support technical execution
Problem-solve on the fly and keep projects moving
Travel as needed for onsite execution

If you can do all that you have what it takes. It might help if

2 years in project coordination or similar role
Experience in experiential events or agency environments
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced setting
Strong communicator (written and verbal)
Comfortable with technical docs and project specs
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel a must!)
Proactive collaborative and solutions-oriented
Bonus: trade shows fabrication or live event experience
