Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Project Coordinator to join our fire business unit.

Position Responsibilities:

• Complete and delivery of submittal packages which includes drawings data sheets docs for FDNY compliance etc.
• Works within AFA departments internally to schedule techs for installs punch lists items pre-test inspections etc.
• Processes tracks and responds to Notices of Defect from FDNY
• Schedules FDNY inspections for final sign-offs
• Coordinates creation and delivery of as-built drawings
• Provides general support for middle managers (service insp)

Basic Qualifications:

• 2 years of customer service dispatch and/or tech support experience
• High School Diploma
• General basic working knowledge of fire alarm
• General basic working knowledge of autocad
• Ability to work in NYC office full time
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with sales management electrical and general contractors

• Expeditor license a plus but not required

Pay Range: The hourly pay range for this position is$28.00$40.00 per hour. The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications experience education skills certifications and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
