• Support pre-job analysisprojectestimates SOW (Statement of Work) and budgets
• Set up document control system internal database sequencing work efficiency determining tools and equipment forprojectneeds
• Assist theprojectteam with database tracking for assignedprojects and assist withprojectdocument control
• Assist with licensing and permit requirements forprojects
• AssistProjectManagers with monthly financialprojections. Report labor hours compensation rate material budgets and otherprojectexpenses
• Manage change orders and generate/distribute reports as required
• Participate in kickoff meetings withprojectteam including on-site visits

• High school diploma or equivalent required. AS or BS degree in Construction Management or Industrial Engineering preferred
• Minimum 2 years of related experience required.Projectcontrols experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office required.
• Experience with MSProjects or Primavera P6projectmanagement software is helpful
• Experience reading blueprints/schematics and strong math skills is helpful
