• Coordinate and oversee youth development and prevention programming across multiple program locations
• Facilitate healthy relationship education life skills training empowerment workshops and enrichment activities
• Develop positive supportive relationships with youth participants and assist with individualized support planning
• Coordinate mentoring services and monitor participant engagement and progress
• Collaborate with internal teams and community partners including schools foster care agencies residential programs and other stakeholders
• Support youth involved in foster care residential treatment juvenile justice systems or those at risk of trafficking and exploitation
• Facilitate prevention and awareness activities related to healthy relationships internet safety and exploitation prevention
• Recruit engage and support volunteers mentors and community supporters
• Maintain accurate participant records track program outcomes and monitor performance indicators
• Assist with grant reporting data collection requirements and preparation of monthly quarterly and annual reports
• Ensure compliance with agency policies grant requirements confidentiality standards and trauma-informed practices
• Represent Devereux and the Love Notes Project at community meetings outreach events and networking opportunities
• Participate in required trainings staff meetings and professional development activities
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned

EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma required; Bachelors degree in Social Work Psychology Education Criminal Justice Public Health or a related field preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience working with at-risk youth foster care residential care mentoring programs or prevention-focused initiatives
• Experience facilitating educational groups workshops or youth-focused programming preferred
• Experience with grant-funded programs community outreach or partnership development is a plus
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
