- Coordinate and oversee youth development and prevention programming across multiple program locations
- Facilitate healthy relationship education life skills training empowerment workshops and enrichment activities
- Develop positive supportive relationships with youth participants and assist with individualized support planning
- Coordinate mentoring services and monitor participant engagement and progress
- Collaborate with internal teams and community partners including schools foster care agencies residential programs and other stakeholders
- Support youth involved in foster care residential treatment juvenile justice systems or those at risk of trafficking and exploitation
- Facilitate prevention and awareness activities related to healthy relationships internet safety and exploitation prevention
- Recruit engage and support volunteers mentors and community supporters
- Maintain accurate participant records track program outcomes and monitor performance indicators
- Assist with grant reporting data collection requirements and preparation of monthly quarterly and annual reports
- Ensure compliance with agency policies grant requirements confidentiality standards and trauma-informed practices
- Represent Devereux and the Love Notes Project at community meetings outreach events and networking opportunities
- Participate in required trainings staff meetings and professional development activities
- Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned

EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma required; Bachelors degree in Social Work Psychology Education Criminal Justice Public Health or a related field preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience working with at-risk youth foster care residential care mentoring programs or prevention-focused initiatives
- Experience facilitating educational groups workshops or youth-focused programming preferred
- Experience with grant-funded programs community outreach or partnership development is a plus
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
