Job Details

Supports the planning coordination implementation and evaluation of education training and capacity-building activities for health care providers interdisciplinary teams and clinical sites across New Jersey. Project coordinator will work collaboratively with project leadership subject matter experts community partners clinical providers and grant stakeholders to ensure training activities are responsive to identified needs align with funder priorities and are delivered in a timely and organize manner. Works with program staff and administrators to ensure complete compliance with all regulatory bodies including the New Jersey Department of Health Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Health Resources and Services Administration. The role requires strong project coordination skills communication relationship-building and administrative functions along with an understanding of public health HIV services health equity and workforce development.

Job Description

Essential Functions

  • Interacts with co-workers visitors and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
  • Supports the Jefferson Health AETC Operations Manager in the coordination planning logistics delivery and follow-up of AETC-related training programs technical assistance activities webinars meetings learning collaboratives and capacity-building events related to project goals
  • Supports provider and site engagement by responding to training requests facilitating needs assessments communicating with partners and helping identify education and capacity-building priorities across in-person and virtual learning environments.
  • Collaborate with project leadership subject matter experts grant stakeholders and community partners to develop adapt organize and maintain training materials agendas participant resources evaluation tools and project documentation (including related data collection) to support grant-related activities.
  • Tracking maintaining and synthesizing program data including participation deliverables evaluations technical assistance activities meeting notes contract lists and other grant-related performance measures.
  • Assist with grant reporting continuous quality improvement stakeholder communication and implementation activities aligned with funder requirements organizational policies health equity principles and project goals.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training preferred
  • BA in Healthcare-related field or related years of experience and administration preferred
  • 3 years of related experience required

Salary Range

$44948.03 to $64051.42 Annual

The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.
