About the Role

Are you a highly organized project professional who thrives on keeping projects moving and details on track TI Communities is seeking a Project Coordinator Capital Projects to support capital improvement projects from procurement through closeout while partnering with Facilities Asset Management Property Operations contractors and vendors. If youre a detail-driven professional who enjoys supporting impactful projects and collaborating across teams wed love to meet you.

What Youll Do

• Coordinate capital project contracts documentation and project tracking.
• Support bid processes contract administration change orders and vendor compliance.
• Maintain project schedules budgets and contract records.
• Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder communication.
• Track invoices lien waivers insurance documents and closeout requirements.

What Were Looking For

• Experience in project coordination construction administration contract administration capital projects or property management.
• Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of procurement contracts change orders and project documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel Word and Outlook.
• Experience using Property Management software (Entrata Yardi)
