Im currently partnering with a well-established civil construction contractor in the Cape Canaveral area that is looking to add a Project Coordinator to its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their construction career who is looking to gain hands-on project management experience while working alongside experienced industry professionals. The company offers a clear path for advancement starting at the Project Coordinator position.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers with planning and executing civil construction projects

Coordinate project documentation including submittals RFIs change orders and contracts

Track project schedules budgets procurement and project progress

Communicate with clients subcontractors vendors and internal project teams

Support field operations by coordinating materials equipment and project logistics

Maintain organized project files and ensure documentation is up to date

Assist in keeping projects on schedule and within budget

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Business or a related field preferred

Internship or entry-level experience within construction is a plus but not required

Strong organizational communication and time management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the construction industry
