Job Summary:
Management Solutions is seeking a Project Controls Associate to support project planning scheduling and cost control efforts across major initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills attention to detailandexperiencewith scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
Assistwithdevelopmentmaintaining andanalyzeintegrated critical path schedulesin accordance withproject specifications
Collect and update project progress data from project teams and stakeholders
Assistwithmonitoringproject metrics including schedule dates physical percent complete resource needs subcontractor deliverables and accruals
Assistwith documenting planningobjectives scope and milestones for inclusion in scheduling processes
Track schedule progress
Ensure compliance with internal processes and federal/government contract requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (BusinessEngineering Construction Management or related field preferred)
2-5 years of work experience
Strong analytical quantitative and problem-solving skills.
Experiencewith scheduling
Organized detail oriented and proactive
Familiarity with any scheduling tool such as Primavera or MS Project
Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to successfully complete any required background investigation and pre-employment screening consistent with federal contract requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with DoD or DOE contracts
Familiarity with project controls tools and methodologies in a federal contracting environment
Work Authorization:
U.S. Citizenshiprequireddue to federal contract requirements.
Working Conditions:
This position is primarily performed in an office environmentora home office setting. Employees willbe requiredto use a computer and other office equipment for extended must be available to work duringAlaska DaylightTime Zone business hours.
