Project Controls Analyst-Aviation

Job Summary
AECOM Hunt has an exciting opportunity for a Project Controls Analyst to join our team in Chicago.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide cost data in formats necessary to control the project.
- Explain and analyze various actions and the impact to the project.
- Analyze financial data to identify key project issues.
- Apply knowledge of accounting principles.
- Assemble data for trends and forecast.
- Prepares analysis of progress trends and cost impact.
- Participate in review of contractor invoices for appropriate reconciliation.
- Participate in project cost review meetings.
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS Finance/Accounting/Construction Management and 4 years of experience in construction related finances or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Aviation/airport experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management experience PMP preferred.
- Knowledge of construction change management.
- Experience in project controls.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with estimating and scheduling in construction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Profiiency in Procore CMIC and other construction software programs.
