As a Project Consultant youll work directly with homeowners throughout the Knoxville market providing professional property inspections restoration solutions and exceptional customer service from the initial inspection through project completion.

Hiring throughout the Greater Knoxville area and surrounding East Tennessee communities.

Important: This position services the Knoxville market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments all training team meetings and business-related activities are based out of our Lenoir City office.

Job Snapshot

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $50000-$200000 annually

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime evenings and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the Knoxville market

Experience: No roofing experience required

What Youll Do

As a Project Consultant youll build relationships with homeowners inspect properties for storm damage provide restoration solutions and guide customers through the project from inspection to completion.

Responsibilities

Generate new business through networking referrals neighborhood marketing and customer outreach.
Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
Inspect roofs siding and gutters using company technology and training.
Create detailed project estimates and scopes of work.
Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
Manage customer relationships throughout the project.
Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Valid Drivers License
Reliable transportation
Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift equipment as needed
Ability to work a Full-Time schedule

This is a Full-Time W-2 position offering unlimited earning potential.
