Project Associate

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Associate for a contract position with a Global Medical Technology Company located in Redmond WA. This is a 6 month contract opportunity.

This role supports the shipping team across all product lines. Under direct supervision the Project Associate assists in the daily coordination of projects including preparing and maintaining project plans budgets and staffing requirements. This position requires the use of judgment in applying professional expertise and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily coordination of projects
• Prepare and maintain project plans budgets and staffing requirements
• Track progress and identify/resolve obstacles
• Communicate to internal and external clients
• Perform administrative tasks such as arranging meetings developing agendas and preparing progress reports

Requirements:

• University degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience
• Understanding and application of procedures and concepts of the discipline
• Ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience
• Expected to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay range: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour
