Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned Project Architect to lead healthcare and institutional projects from early planning through construction. You will be a key member of the team coordinating design documentation and delivery while mentoring junior staff. Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Lead projects from schematic design through construction documents and construction administration ensuring design quality technical rigor and code compliance.

Technical Coordination: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and oversee the production of detailed drawings and specifications in primarily Revit and AutoCAD.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Professional degree in Architecture ( or ) from an accredited program.
Experience: Approximately 5-6 years of professional experience in an architectural practice with significant time spent as a project architect or project lead.
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Revit; experience with other visualization or coordination tools (e.g. Enscape Bluebeam or similar) is a plus.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building codes technical detailing and construction processes.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
