Job Summary

Little nationally recognized as a Best Firm to Work For and one of the nations most progressive design firms is seeking a Project Architect with a positive collaborative work style for our Retail Studio in Orlando FL.

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be an ambitious creative and engaged Project Architect who is passionate about design and improving the performance of our clients through creative collaboration and breakthrough ideas. This candidate also has a strong ability for meaningful mentoring of team and staff.

A position youll love:

  • Youll be responsible for QA/QC for a valued Retail client; including overall construction documentation review and approval and signing and sealing of documents.
  • You will have primary client relationship duties.
  • Your efforts will have a direct impact on the growth of the account.
  • Your focus will be on architectural design and coordination with engineering disciplines.
  • You will be working with a team to produce and execute extraordinary work.
  • Youll be responsible for client interaction consultant coordination and quality assurance & control.
  • Your work will include a variety of tasks including design production and construction administration responsibilities.
  • Youll help mentor and grow more junior level staff.

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
  • An Architectural license is required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong understanding of architectural detailing and code knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of external detailing.
  • Great attention to detail and service to clients.
  • Strong organization communication and presentation skills are a must.
  • Proficiency and ability to draw in Revit is required.
  • Strong commitment to sustainable design and elevating project performance.
