Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Project Architect / Project Manager to join our growing healthcare studio. This role is ideal for a design-focused professional with 510 years of experience who is ready to take the next step toward project leadership. You will play a key role in managing projects from early concepts through construction working collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver thoughtful high-quality healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage healthcare projects through all phases of design and construction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients consultants and project teams.
- Manage project schedules budgets and deliverables.
- Lead design development and project execution with support from the Healthcare Studio Leader.
- Produce and oversee project documentation in Revit.
- Ensure alignment between design intent technical requirements and client goals.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.
Qualifications :
- Professional degree in Architecture.
- 510 years of professional experience; healthcare experience preferred.
- Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure preferred.
- Project management and client-facing experience.
- Proficiency in Revit required; SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
- Strong graphic presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work across all phases of design and documentation.
- Self-motivated organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
