Project Analyst

Leidos is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the Project Analyst role to work in our San Antonio TX office. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience assisting the Integrated Defensive Cyber System mission. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating multiple project deliverables and standardizing delivery of multiple capabilities. This position is located near Lackland Air Force Base; all work is onsite.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans and deliverables in alignment with identified requirements and established project management principles.
• Prepare and coordinate meeting minutes follow-up actions and key takeaways from critical engagements.
• Track deliverables deadlines and leadership commitments to ensure timely completion and accountability.
• Support executive communications and ensure timely follow-through on key action items.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information prepare status updates and support leadership decision-making.
• Support the design documentation and continuous improvement of team processes and workflows.
• Monitor action items approvals recurring tasks and operational deadlines to maintain execution discipline.
• Establish consistent methods for tracking work reporting status and escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain process documentation templates and standard operating procedures.
• Assist with metrics tracking reporting and status visibility for recurring business activities.
• Identify gaps bottlenecks and inefficiencies and recommend practical process improvements.
• Support special projects and ad hoc leadership requests as assigned.
• Prepare briefing materials meeting read-aheads and executive summaries to support stakeholder communications and leadership review.
• Track and report program metrics trends and risks to highlight performance status and support timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional tasking across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on program objectives and deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:

• Requires BS and 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 years of prior relevant experience additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Strong organizational administrative and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Experience supporting leaders teams or business operations.
• Proficiency with common business tools used for scheduling documentation reporting and workflow tracking
• Experience supporting senior leaders or executive-level staff.
• Experience documenting business processes or coordinating workflow improvements.
• Experience with status reporting action tracking and meeting support.
• Ability to work across teams and maintain alignment on priorities deadlines and follow-up actions
• U.S. Citizen
• Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with enterprise reporting tools or financial dashboards.
• Experience working with units within 16 AF.
• Exposure to scheduling program execution or operational performance tracking.
