Where is the work:

Responsibilities:

• Issue invoices to customers for T&M contacts and quoted projects

• Issue monthly customer statements and A/R follow up

• Process credit memos as necessary

• Update customer files with contact/billing information

• Submit invoices through customer invoicing website portal or via email per customer request.

• Perform data entry and administrative duties as necessary

Qualifications:

• Previousaccounts receivableexperience

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Strong organizational skills

• Deadline and detail-oriented

• Positive and professional demeanor

• Interact professionally with customer via verbal and written communication

• Ability to work independently
