Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning scheduling and coordination of project activities.
- Review construction drawings specifications and submittals for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage RFIs submittals and change orders with minimal supervision.
- Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and field crews to maintain project progress.
- Track project costs quantities and production to support budgeting and forecasting.
- Maintain organized and accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress quality and safety compliance.
- Identify and help resolve field and design issues proactively.
- Assist in procurement and delivery tracking of materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with contract documents safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 25 years of construction or project engineering experience.
- Working knowledge of construction processes plans and specifications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with limited oversight.
- Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
- Experience in excavation utilities or heavy civil construction.
- Familiarity with project management and construction software (e.g. Procore Bluebeam Primavera P6 MS Project).
- Understanding of cost tracking and scheduling principles.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
