Title of Position: Programmer Analyst
Position Overview: Were looking for a Programmer Analyst to support the design development testing documentation and enhancement of applications that meet the needs of the Credit this role youll analyze business and technical requirements develop and maintain software solutions support reporting needs and partner with IT and cross-functional teams to deliver secure reliable and well-documented systems.
Position Type: Full-Time. Regular shifts include Monday to Friday
Compensation Range: $65000/yr. - $90000 /yr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors including years of directly related work experience education geographic location or special skills*
Location: Hybrid/Remote Opportunity ONLY for residents in NY NJ or PA.
What Youll Do
- Develop test document and maintain applications reports and integrations that support Credit Union operations.
- Analyze business and technical needs to recommend effective scalable programming solutions.
- Write clean reusable code and support testing debugging and code review activities.
- Partner with IT vendors and business teams to deliver projects and system enhancements on time.
- Maintain strong technical documentation implementation plans and project status updates.
- Support system security data integrity recoverability and compliance throughout the development process.

Youll partner well across teams communicate clearly meet project timelines and bring a proactive detail-oriented approach to solving technical challenges.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field and 13 years of relevant experience; or 46 years of relevant experience in place of a degree.
- Hands-on experience building solutions with object-oriented programming web development SQL and code repositories.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues organize work and manage time effectively.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical partners.
- A detail-oriented adaptable approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Symitar PowerOn programming HTML JavaScript or JSON.
- Working knowledge of one or more programming or data languages such as C C# SQL or XML
- Familiarity with credit union systems electronic delivery channels network interfaces AIX/Unix commands Windows Server administration or related financial services platforms.
