We are committed to the Health and Safety of the individuals we take pride in our employees who share their passion to make a positive impact in the lives of are looking for individuals who share our Mission Vision and Core SUMMARY: The Program Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining service recipient and staff records preparing and auditing required documentation assisting with data collection and communication and ensuring timely and accurate processing of required reports and forms. The position requires strong attention to detail excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with Regional Director District Managers Program Managers Lead DSPs and other team members. Knowledge:Understanding state and federal regulations including 245D documentation with office systems digital filing and basic HR or compliance of company policies forms and reporting Required: Excellent organization accuracy and time management written and verbal to maintain confidentiality and with Microsoft Office Google Workforce and digital documentation Functions:Maintain complete accurate and current service recipient and employee and file all required 245D forms and documentation (admissions authorizations support plans rights medication records etc.).Conduct quarterly audits of service recipients and staff files to ensure with preparation and mailing of progress reports team meeting packets and satisfaction admission and discharge updates and report changes to monthly staff meetings by preparing required materials and maintaining attendance documentationMaintain confidentiality of all personnel and service recipient support and information to Program Managers Lead DSP and District with additional administrative projects as assigned. Education and Experience:High School diploma or equivalent and 18 years of age or olderAt least one (1) year of administrative or clerical experience is required preferably in healthcare human services or compliance-based with Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace digital filing systems and confidential documentation handling is qualifies with one or more of the following:4 year degree and 1 year FTE direct care2 year degree and 2 years FTE direct careDiploma (accredited postsecondary) and 3 years FTE direct careMinimum of 50 hrs of education/training and 4 years FTE direct care under supervision of a staff person who is one of the :Comprehensive benefits options including medical dental vision life STD LTD hospital indemnity critical illness and accident Health Care FSA and Dependent Care FSAEAP (Employee assistance program)Employee discount programPTO (Paid time off)Dayforce Wallet Daily PayPre-Tax 401(k)Tuition discount through Capella University
