Alluvionic is currently seeking experienced applicants for a Program Support Specialist position to support the National Science Foundation (NSF) Technology Innovation and Partnerships (TIP) Directorate Logistics and Operational Support contract.

Responsibilities:
- Provides executive administrative support
- Manages calendars and meeting schedules
- Coordinates travel arrangements and prepares travel itineraries
- Tracks and manages the details of upcoming speaking events coordinating logistics and session details
- Tracks logs and facilitates timely responses of incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Receives and screens visitors telephone calls and e-mails
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: Bachelors degree
- Minimum/General Experience: 3 years of experience
- Administrative Assistant Experience at the Executive Level
