Provide general operational support for the Center for Teaching and Learning ( CTL ) the Office of Community-Engaged Learning ( CELO ) and the Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs. This role supports the effective delivery of faculty programs and initiatives through coordination of events and calendars management of program communications maintenance of databases and documentation and logistical support for in-person hybrid and virtual activities. Work closely with faculty administrators and external partners to ensure smooth operations accurate recordkeeping and timely communication across multiple academic units.
Desirable Qualifications
Web publishing skills especially familiarity with Drupal Survey design using MS Forms and Qualtrics Familiarity MS Teams and Bookings Basic video editing
