Were looking for a detail-oriented Program Services Coordinator to join our Group Travel Partners team. This is an entry-level operations role for someone who enjoys working with data learns new systems quickly and takes pride in accurate work. You should already be comfortable using Excel to sort and filter data work with formulas and create role will start out on site during training (approx. 4 weeks) and then will be evaluated for a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office/2 days on site at our Duluth GA Youll DoManage program registration data ensuring information is accurate complete and up to reports for clients and internal teams using Excel and other business client onboarding by setting up new accounts and maintaining account professionally to client email and phone inquiries resolving issues or escalating when client accounts and assist with invoicing reconciliations refunds and account with Program Managers and Accounting to ensure smooth program system issues through resolution and identify opportunities to improve and deliver client reports registration links and program maintain high service standards while supporting multiple deadlines and competing Were Looking ForWere looking for someone who is:Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (intermediate level or higher). This role involves working in Excel and candidates should be comfortable using conditional formatting filtering/sorting large datasets and basic formulas without GDS or travel industry experience a plusExtremely detail-oriented with excellent follow-throughAble to prioritize multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines. This role manages multiple client programs simultaneously and requires someone who can maintain exceptional accuracy while balancing changing priorities and deadlines.A strong communicator with excellent customer service skillsResourceful proactive and eager to improve processesA collaborative team player who takes ownership of their workQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentAt least 1 year of administrative experience (accounting or financial support experience is a plus)Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office email and business applications.
