EdAdvance is seeking a dedicated highly skilled Program Supervisor to lead our Parents as Teachers (PAT) home-visiting Supervisor ensures model fidelity to the national PAT framework while providing vital reflective supervision and clinical support to a team of Parent Educators. This position is ideal for a leader passionate about maternal-infant health trauma-informed care and empowering families within our community. The role entails administrative oversight and day-to-day operations.
Major Responsibilities:
- Manage staff scheduling workload distribution and supervision for home visitors.
- Conduct performance evaluation and provide ongoing performance feedback.
- Participate in the recruitment onboarding training and hiring new staff.
- Make recommendations regarding hiring and other staff-related decisions.
- Provide weekly high-quality reflective supervision and support to a team of home visitors.
- Foster a supportive team culture that prevents burnout and promotes professional growth.
- Oversee the implementation of the Parents as Teachers (PAT) model ensuring all performance standards benchmarks and affiliate requirements are met.
- Monitor data entry program documentation and timelines for developmental screenings (and family assessments.
- Manage the program intake process risk screenings and waitlists.
- Conduct case and documentation reviews to ensure compliance.
- Represent the agency in community coalitions maternal-child health networks and collaborative stakeholder meetings.
- Work collaboratively with referral sources.
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual reports as required.
- Participate in outreach efforts.
- Assist staff with program activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree is required in Social Work Early Childhood Education Human Services Psychology or a closely related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Ability to obtain or maintain Parents as Teachers (PAT) National Certification.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3ï½5 years of experience working with young children and families in home-visiting early childhood or community mental health settings.
- At least 1ï½2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferably utilizing a reflective supervision framework.
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations and families prenatal to 5.
- Strong proficiency in data tracking systems and case management software.
- Excellent crisis-management communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance for community-based work.
