Program Supervisor Adult Day HealthMarlborough MA$56000 $59000/year BenefitsMondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:00 PMAre you a compassionate leader with a background in healthcare whos ready to take the next step in your career Were looking for a Program Supervisorto help lead our Adult Day Health program in Marlborough MA supporting quality medical social nutritional and recreational services for the adults we Youll Do:Supervise and support program staff including interviewing hiring onboarding and orientationEnsure staff complete required in-services and certificationsStep in as Program Director when neededSupport client care by advocating for participants rights and recognizing signs of abuse/neglectAssist with compliance related to DHHS and other regulatory/accrediting standardsHelp coordinate admissions staff scheduling and trainingSupport emergency and evacuation planning and staff educationProvide general administrative and office support as neededMake recommendations on hires transfers promotions and other staffing actionsWhat You Bring:High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred2 years of managerial experience2 years working with adults in a healthcare setting (professional or volunteer)Current CPR/First Aid certificationClean CORI and background checkStrong leadership communication and critical decision-making skillsA genuine passion for helping others and working as part of a teamWhy Youll Love It Here:Join a team thats dedicated to making a real difference in peoples lives every day.
