Program Scheduler / Project Controls TS/SCI
Albuquerque New Mexico On-Site

Intra Management Solutions (IMS) is seeking an experienced Program Scheduler / Project Controls professional to support a leading Aerospace & Defense contractor in Albuquerque New Mexico.

This is an on-site position supporting a complex mission-critical program. Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI security clearance and be able to work on-site in Albuquerque.

Experience Were Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 Microsoft Project Open Plan or similar scheduling tools
• Strong understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM)
• Experience performing schedule analysis and schedule health assessments
• Experience with project controls program controls or planning functions
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM/EVMS) principles
• Experience supporting engineering technical government defense aerospace or other complex programs
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multidisciplinary program teams

Preferred Experience

• ANSI/EIA-748 EVMS environments
• Primavera P6
• Open Plan Professional
• Acumen Fuse
• Deltek Cobra
• DoD Federal or other highly regulated program environments
• Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
• Aerospace & Defense program experience

Required

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Ability to work on-site in Albuquerque New Mexico
