Program manager(AgileScrum Maste)

Role:- Scrum Master (Agile)

Location: 100% onsite in Peoria IL (

Key Responsibilities

Lead Scrum team using strict Agile methodology

Manage Agile ceremonies sprint planning standups and sprint reviews

Drive team accountability track metrics and provide leadership updates

Ensure delivery of committed sprint goals

Must-Have Skills

Strong Agile/Scrum experience with hands-on delivery background

Excellent communication leadership facilitation and organizational skills

Experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA dashboards/work item management

Scrum certifications preferred

Candidate Notes

PM background acceptable if candidate has strong Scrum/Agile experience

Scrum Master title alone is not sufficient without practical experience

Senior-level candidates highly preferred

Additional Notes

Candidates must relocate at their own expense if non-local

Must be onsite 5 days/week from Day 1

Minimal to no travel expected
