Program Manager Utility Services, Global Fleet Electrification and Infrastructure

Amazon is looking for a Program Manager to join the GFP E&I Utility Services team. This role is instrumental to delivering against sustainability goals tied to fleet this role the Program Manager will lead engagement with electric utilities and energy companies in a designated region to ensure power delivery in accordance with program goals.

Key job responsibilities
Build relationships with utility stakeholders
Work with internal and external planning design and engineering teams to evaluate last mile delivery sites for energization
Lead the execution of site energization delivering bar-raising results against applicable KPI
Manage and influence across internal and external teams to ensure on-time deliverables
Negotiate agreements and evaluate opportunities to reduce capital and operating expense
Critically assess development plans to identify blockers analyze trade-off decisions and escalate effectively
Develop scalable mechanisms to communicate efficiently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders


- 3 years of program or project management experience
- Experience in complex problem solving and working in a tight schedule environment
- Experience in driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

- 2 years of defining and executing against program timeline & requirements experience
- 2 years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience in electrical or mechanical engineering or experience in construction

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
