Program Manager Supply Chain Resiliency

This positionwill leadrisk evaluationandmitigation activitiesacross multiple directprocurementcategories driving cross-functional collaboration and building organizational capabilities around sourcing analytics and strategy development.

What you will do:

• Leadsupplier risk processthroughscoring prioritization and tracking ofmitigation actions.

• Manage progress of risk related actions

• Support continuous improvement of supplier risk management process

• Support supplier resiliencyprojectsthrough the management ofPDP (Project Development Plan)

• Align withFunctionalSBUand Enterprisestakeholders to incorporatecategorystrategies intoAOP&NPDprocessesand design implementation planwhile gaining leadership support.

• Accountable for teams utilization of standard work including project tracking documentation and reportingfor supplier risk management regulatory requirements etc.Actively engage with team members to eliminate roadblocks and escalate issues appropriately.

• Manage intra-program dependencies and their interrelationships and their impact upon other programs andprojects;mentor andcoachprogram team members and non-dedicated project leaders on project management fundamentals.

• Development ofRisk Disruption playbook for direct procurement creating standard work and leading usageduring supply disruptions
  
  

What you will bring:

• BachelorsDegree in Business Supply Chain OperationsEngineeringor related field

• Advanced degreeor PMP certificationpreferred.

• 5to 10years experienceSupply Chain Procurement Operationsand at least2years experienceinproject management&categorymanagement

• Demonstrated experienceleadinglarge complex cross-functional projectswithin matrixed organizations

• Demonstrated experience coordinating facilitating discussionsconsultationand conflict resolution skillswith the ability to drive program specific issues and goals to closure.

• Experience in supplier development materials management and/or plant operations a plus.

• Must be a strategic thinker and have demonstrated experience driving initiatives

• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong influencing and negotiating skills across organization. Possess strong interpersonal skills. Ability to lead develop and motivatestaff;foster team dynamic.

• Ability to travel up to10%
