The ISu0026T Ops engineering team is looking for an experienced supply chain professional to partner with our Supply Chain Planning teams to drive transformation through process data and technology solutions. This individual will have the opportunity to work on transformational efforts to improve Apples Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will have deep solution and project experience and be self-directed motivated and comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment. Experience in Demand forecasting Supply u0026 demand planning and associated technology is preferred. Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success. This individual should also have strong analytical project management and leadership skills to handle a variety of activities and complexities spanning the organization. You are willing to work at both a very detailed and strategic level.

Act as an advocate for functional teams to define and deliver solution capabilities (requirements solution design planning algorithms user experience user-testing etc.) to support the broader Supply Chain planning and optimization solutions nDrive innovative solutions for forecasting and allocation use cases using the latest technologies and AI/ML methodsnAct as a liaison between the functional technical and data science teams to ensure that the designs are complete and met by the proposed technology with functional stakeholders to define and manage business process and technology roadmaps in support of long-term strategy nManage the product management processes for planning platforms including roadmaps scope management release management and interfacing with technical teams across the development and warranty lifecyclenProvide functional subject matter expertise and through leadership to help inspire innovation nApply analytical skills to rationalize change using the latest AI toolsnDefine and implement KPIs for operational metrics identify key success measures for projects being implemented

Bachelors degree required MS (in relevant fields like Industrial Engineering Operations Research etc.) or MBA is desired. n8-10 years of global supply chain management experience preferably in high-tech consumer electronics or retail industriesnProven track record of leading strategic programs combined with the ability to execute at tactical project-level activities and tasksnBroad exposure to supply chain management processes including demand planning supply planning allocation planning execution as well as collaborative planning processes with upstream and downstream supply chain partnersnStrong functional knowledge of supply chain planning and optimization tools embedded with the latest AI/ML methods

Ability to conceptualize end to end planning solutions that enable planning and collaboration workflows including capabilities such as embedded analytics and exceptionsnGood understanding of Product Management processes for planning solutions including defining strategic capability roadmaps scope management release management and interfacing with technical teams across the development and warranty lifecycle nHands on experience with AI tools for creating agents/skills etc to support design and solutionsnExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt ones style based on the level of the audiencenExcellent leadership skills that enhance project team effectivenessnProven ability to lead teams with or without direct reports; natural leader and motivator lead through influencenProduces work product of the highest quality with minimal review by supervisor
