Job Title: Project/Program Manager Constructions
Duration (Contract): 24 Months

Location Preference: Onsite

Job Description:

• Lead end to end project delivery for the design construction and commissioning of a large scale animal vaccine manufacturing facility
• Manage capital project budget schedule and resources to ensure on time and on budget execution
• Coordinate cross functional teams including engineering operations quality validation and regulatory affairs
• Serve as primary interface with architects EPC firms contractors and equipment suppliers
• Establish and maintain project governance reporting and risk management frameworks
• Proven understanding of the capital project lifecycle and FEL process.
• Proven ability to influence decision making with executive level stakeholders.
• Proven exceptional social and diplomacy skills
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team across a multi-departmental project with direct and indirect management of functional resources
• Excellent communication and organization skills with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Documented success with leading capital projects in excess of (USD)100MM.
• Proven ability to operate under high-pressure in a timeline constrained environment.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• Experience managing large capital projects including new buildings or building expansions preferably within pharma or bio industry.
• Bachelors degree in an engineering/construction field (Mechanical Chemical Biomedical preferred) or equivalent experience.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $60.00 to $90.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
