Job Summary
Requirements:
-Bachelors degree in Business Administration Program Management Information
Technology Engineering Computer Science or related field.
-Minimum 15 years of experience managing large complex technical scientific
research or information technology programs.
-Minimum 10 years of experience supporting program or project management
activities for a Federal agency.
-Minimum 5 years of experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams and
subcontractors.
-Experience managing cost schedule performance risk staffing and deliverables
across multiple projects or task areas.
-Experience supporting Federal Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) Federal
Program Managers (FPMs) and technical stakeholders.
-Experience leading executive-level briefings governance meetings and strategic
planning sessions.
-Strong technical leadership skills
-Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Preferences:
-Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
-Experience supporting NIH HHS or other Federal research organizations.
-Experience managing scientific biomedical research or laboratory technology
programs.
-Experience supporting Agile and hybrid project management environments.
-Masters degree in Business Administration Program Management Information
