Program Manager Risk Advisory and Assurance Operations

The Opportunity

We are growing Adobes Risk Advisory and Assurance Services (RAAS) team and are looking for a Program Manager to help shape how our internal audit function operates at scale. This role sits at the intersection of audit methodology technology and AI and will play a critical part in building the next generation of RAAS operations.

You will report to the Sr. Manager IA this role you will own and evolve the RAAS operating model. If you are energized by building new systems improving how a team operates and putting AI to work in meaningful ways we want to hear from you!

What Youll Do

• Support audit planning and risk assessment activities; coordinate and lead internal RAAS operations projects.

• Lead adoption and operationalization of AI tools across RAAS; identify and prioritize automation opportunities document use case outcomes and help the team work more effectively using approved AI solutions.

• Own the RAAS Quality Assurance Improvement Program (QAIP) including annual design execution and leadership reporting with a focus on redesigning QAIP with AI-enabled workflows.

• Maintain audit methodology handbook and templates; drive implementation of IIA Global Standards Topical Requirements and specialty frameworks for emerging risk areas.

• Serve as operations owner for Optro across RAAS pillars; partner with technical teams to define requirements and drive platform improvements.

• Design and scale the RAAS metrics program including leadership reporting and operational dashboards.

What You Need To Succeed

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in Finance Accounting Business or a related field.

• Working knowledge of internal audit concepts standards and frameworks

• Demonstrated ability to develop and scale operational metrics and reporting programs

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365; familiarity with dashboarding and audit tools a plus

• Strong curiosity about AI and a demonstrated interest in applying it to improve how teams operate

• Proactive and self-directed; comfortable with ambiguity and able to build structure where it doesnt exist yet

• Strong critical thinker; synthesizes complex information identifies root causes and translates into actionable insights

• Demonstrated project management capability with experience managing parallel workstreams and competing deadlines

• Strong interpersonal skills; able to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels without direct authority

Expected Pay Range:

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
