Job Summary
Title:Program Manager - Residential
FLSA Status:Exempt
Purpose:
This position is responsible for overseeing and leading the day-to-day operations at our Intensive Residential Treatment Facility. We are committed to providing person-centered and trauma-informed care to our residents. We are also committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all.
This position is responsible for providing support development and leadership to all program staff and supervisors. This role will be familiar with managing external changes that impact service delivery financial structure integration and expansion opportunities. The Program Manager serves on the organizations Clinical Operations Team with other leaders across Guild to advance the mission and vision of the agency.
Education and Experience:
Required:
- A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Public Health Healthcare Administration Non-profit Management or Social Work.
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
Preferred:
- Masters degree in the Behavioral Sciences.
- A license as an independent mental health professional (LICSW LMFT LPCC).
Additional Requirements:
- Must not be actively receiving services from Guild Incorporated and must not have received services within the last two years.
- Ability to pass a MN Department of Human Services background check.
- A valid Class D Drivers License reliable vehicle satisfactory driving record and necessary insurance.
- Must be willing to work some evenings and weekends as needed.

The salary range for this position is between $78185 - $94770 annually. The range reflects the minimum and maximum salary for the position. Compensation will depend on the candidates professional experience skills and relevant education training and certifications.
