Program Manager Radiology Services

As a Program Manager you will oversee the strategic planning execution and delivery of complex programs.

Every day you will manage program risks resources and budgets align with organizational goals and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business value.

To be successful you will demonstrate strong leadership strategic thinking and problem-solving crucial for successful program completion and objective realization.

• Leads a portfolio of projects with support of key internal/external stakeholders.
• Proficient in assessing educational needs developing curriculum instruction design process planning and implementing training programs conducting training sessions and determining course effectiveness.
• Demonstrates expert understanding of project management methodology directs one or more program managers across project portfolio.
• Working knowledge of regulatory standards and accreditation agencies.
• Oversees the development implementation and management of project management tools and processes across project portfolio.
• Facilitates/leads meetings with senior management and key internal/external stakeholders drive effort to resolve issues/risks and next steps towards operational stability.

Required:

• High School diploma or GED General Studies
• Five (5) years of experience with project/program management business analysis or related roles
• Three (3) years of experience with healthcare operations and clinical workflows
• Three (3) years of experience in analytics/reporting outcomes measurement clinical and administrative data

Preferred:

• Associates Other Business finance or healthcare administration or related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Two (2) years of experience in medical imaging

• Strong understanding of radiology operations and workflows.

• Familiarity with medical imaging terminology procedures and regulatory requirements (e.g. HIPAA).

• Advance to Expert knowledge/experience with MS Office - PowerPoint Word Project Visio.

• Advance knowledge/experience with MS Excel and/or related analytics and reporting application(s).

• Advance knowledge/experience with data management and analytical software technologies (SQL SAS Tableau etc.)
