• Hours: Monday-Friday 9am 5pm occasional weekends as needed
• Required Travel: Travel between Endeavor Health sites required

Job Summary:

As Program Manager Public Relations at Endeavor Health you will partner with clinical and marketing colleagues to drive communications strategies that support growth across our key service lines highlight initiatives and experts and increase patient engagement. Youll translate your curiosity and desire to help create a safe seamless and personal healthcare experience into informative inspiring communications and storytelling and help position the organization as a national model for community-connected healthcare. Youll also play a key role in public relations measurement and monitoring helping ensure teams have the latest information they need and that their focus aligns with the systems strategy.

What you will do:

• Serves as a key spokesperson and liaison conducting national trade and local proactive and reactive media relations in support of clinical service lines and patient engagement and playing a significant role in driving external storytelling.
• Engages media and stakeholders through creating content for owned PR channels including newsroom social media paid content blogs website and fact sheets.
• Pays close attention to news and trends and regularly has feet on ground interacting with team members patients and media to capture stories content and feedback and proactively identify opportunities.
• Assists with PR measurement and monitoring dashboards and PR reporting.
• Assists with messaging and development of engaging patient-facing communications including customer messaging points when needed signage and emails as well as on-site events and activations.
• Assists in communications around issues and crisis as needed bringing the unique lens and perspective of this role.

What you will need:

• Education: Bachelors degree in public relations Communications Marketing or a related field
• Certification: n/a

• Experience: Four years of experience in the public relations journalism or communications-related field. Understanding and prior use of media/PR/social media measurements and reporting tools and technologies.
• Unique or Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge: Understanding of and interest in key healthcare issues and trends
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills across a variety of formats; Strong presence of mind good judgment problem-solving and analytical skills; Strong project management skills including cross-functional collaboration.
• Abilities: Strong media relations experience including serving as a spokesperson relationships with key local and national print broadcast and online media; Enthusiastic storyteller and empathetic listener with insatiable curiosity and ability to inspire and inform across multiple communications channels and mediums; Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment and make decisions under tight deadlines; Ability to interpret and translate complex information into relevant impactful communications; Strong executive presence and ability to work with influential high-profile leaders; Candidate must have a car and willingness to travel between locations as job requires.
