JOB SUMMARYHealthRIGHT 360 a nonprofit organization and a family of programs is committed to providing accessible and comprehensive healthcare services to vulnerable populations. Our mission is to tackle systemic barriers to healthcare and promote health equity for all. We offer a wide range of services including mental health care residential and outpatient substance use treatment and primary health services. Additionally we provide transitional support for individuals re-entering the community after involvement in the criminal justice system. By integrating physical and behavioral health we empower individuals to overcome challenges by addressing social determinants of health fostering resilience and facilitating Prototypes Housing Department offers housing and case management services specifically for women and women with children through contracts for permanent housing and shelter beds. Located on the Pomona campus the S. Mark Taper Foundation Family Living Center features a 32-unit affordable housing complex for low-income families. The department provides case management and counseling both on-site and in the surrounding community. Referrals come from various service providers across LA County including treatment centers and housing authorities while community members can also contact the ACCESS Department for screening and potential housing Program Manager I oversees all aspects of program operations. They recruit develop and lead a high performing team and ensure that all staff are properly trained to deliver high quality culturally competent services while adhering to relevant regulations and policies and budgetary RESPONSIBILITIESProgram ManagementOversee program needs such as safety security compliance and after hours and on weekends for emergencies and crisis program activities and deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to relevant regulations and staff meetings to discuss updates issues and develop maintain and implement systems policies and procedures for all aspects of service planning development and linkages to other resources in accordance with county contracts performance requirement treatment matrix scope of work or other program requirements as identified by the potential risks and obstacles to program success and develop mitigation strategies to address the organizations strategic vision and find ways to implement and execute the vision at the program resources effectively including personnel funding and materials to ensure successful program execution within budgetary compliance with housing contracts (LAHSA DHS SAPC and Pomona Housing Authority).Ensure program compliance with tax credit contracts and Housing & Community Development (HCD) requirements and regulatory work orders and other structural related matters for the complex are addressed in a timely manner by working collaboratively with the property data collection file audits and periodic reports for all housing external meetings and events to learn about the changes in the housing services available countywide and to represent our and Treatment OversightAssume ownership and ensure that any program or facility crisis is handled in an efficient and timely that all services are provided in an ethical and legal maintenance of quality client that all staff provide strength-based trauma-informed and culturally competent proper handling and transfer of documents and records including Electronic Health Records (EHR) system systems to track client services and client regular reports to monitor discrepancies retention productivity and utilization ensuring timely correction of any that program decisions are guided by a client-centered compliance with policies and procedures to manage compliance with all funding monthly billing for programs/projects and other related reports as matching and leverage services and contract that all programs and projects stay within agreed budgetary ManagementManage staff and volunteers including hiring training supervision and performance all staff are trained on program policies procedures and direct supervision and mentor to direct supervisory staff offer feedback and address deficiencies by implementing performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions when necessary in collaboration with Human direct reports strengths and weaknesses and strive to develop each team member to their fullest and arrange training and resources to ensure that staff are successful in their proper coverage of the program by creating work schedules and approving time away from all communications necessary to all team members to remain current with HealthRIGHT 360s policies and procedures and to inform them of quality-of-care full compliance requirements for registration certification or licensure if regular communication with stakeholders including clients sponsors internal teams to provide updates on program progress address concerns and solicit and actively participate in assigned all assigned training in a timely and respond to emails when perform other duties as Certification or Licensure and ExperienceCurrent First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of California drivers license and access to registered and insured I:High school diploma or least 4 years of program management work least 3 years of experience supervising and Other Drug Counselor or Substance Abuse Counselor Certification with a California certifying agency (CCAPP CADTP or CAADE) II:Bachelors degree in Health and Human Services Social Work Psychology or other related field from an accredited least 3 years of program management work III:Masters degree from an accredited registration or licensure with California Board of Behavioral least 3 years of supervising direct service staff Sensitivity. Ability to interface well with diverse disadvantaged populations while withholding judgment. Willingly open to learning and understanding different Management. Demonstrated ability to oversee program operations ensuring safety compliance and quality standards are .
