Job Summary

Senior SAP APMe (Agent Performance Management) Developer
Location: Remote
Rate: $175/hour

Job Summary
The Senior SAP APMe Developer will serve as a hands-on technical contributor responsible for the design development integration and support of SAP Agent Performance Management (APMe) solutions.
This role focuses on building and optimizing incentive compensation solutions data processing and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable high-quality outcomes.
Experience with SAP Commissions (Callidus ICM) is preferred but secondary to strong APMe expertise.

Experience
5 years of hands-on experience with SAP APMe (Agent Performance Management)
Experience working in enterprise-scale implementations or support environments
Background supporting compensation / incentive management systems

Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with SAP APMe (Agent Performance Management)
Experience with APMe configuration and development
Groovy scripting experience within APMe environments
Strong SQL / PL-SQL development and data analysis skills
Experience working with large datasets and performance optimization
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
Understanding of compensation / incentive management systems
Strong technical documentation and communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with SAP Commissions (Callidus ICM)
Experience building:
Compensation rules
Commission calculations
Data processing workflows
Experience integrating APMe / ICM with upstream and downstream systems
Reporting experience (Jasper or similar tools)

Responsibilities
Design develop and enhance SAP APMe solutions
Configure and develop APMe compensation and incentive structures
Develop and optimize SQL queries for data processing and reporting
Support integrations between APMe and internal/external systems
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with focus on data accuracy and performance
Analyze large datasets to validate outputs and improve efficiency
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Develop and maintain technical documentation
Collaborate with offshore teams and provide technical guidance
Support ongoing enhancements reporting and system improvements
Follow best practices compliance standards and delivery timelines

Qualifications
