Job Summary

Job Description:-Our client is seeking a Manager Level Program Manager with deep expertise in bank fraud prevention to lead cross-functional initiatives. You will work independently and collaboratively with business and technology teams to drive program success.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:-

Lead and manage program initiatives with autonomy and accountability
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and strategy
Partner with technology teams to design and implement solutions
Apply functional expertise in bank fraud prevention to guide decision-making
Oversee program execution timeline management and stakeholder communication
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
Drive alignment across multiple teams and departments

Requirements:-

8 12 years of relevant experience in program or project management
Strong functional understanding of bank fraud prevention and detection
Demonstrated experience with Actimize or similar fraud management platforms
Proven ability to work effectively with business and technology teams
Experience in a program manager or similar leadership role
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage complex initiatives
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
