Position Summary
The Program Manageris responsible forproviding the overall leadership management and administrative oversight necessary to ensure the successful execution of the Medical Instructional Operations Support Services (MIOSS) contract. Serving as the primary interface between Hatalom Corporation and the Government the Program Manager oversees contract performance staffing quality schedule cost and customer satisfaction across multiple locations. This roleestablishesand monitors program metrics and Technical Performance Measures (TPMs) to evaluate operational effectiveness contract compliance and progress toward performanceobjectiveswhile driving continuous improvement throughout the program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide overall management and administration of the MIOSS contract to ensure successful contract execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government Contracting Officer COR and customer stakeholders.
Lead the Program Management Office (PMO) and oversee contract performance across all MSTC locations.
Manage staffing subcontractors budgets schedules and resources to meet contract requirements.
Monitor program metrics and Technical Performance Measures (TPMs) to evaluate contract performance andidentifyopportunities for improvement.
Conduct program reviews In Progress Reviews (IPRs) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings with Government stakeholders.
Develop and implement corrective action plans to address program risks and performance issues.
Oversee implementation of the Quality Control Plan (QCP) and ensure compliance with all contract requirements.
Ensuretimelysubmission of contract reports deliverables and other required documentation.
Foster strong customer relationships while promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Healthcare Administration Project Management or related field.
Minimum 7 years of program management experience supporting Federal Government contracts.
Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and multi-site operations.
Strong knowledge of federal contract management budgeting staffing quality assurance and performance metrics.
Excellent leadership communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Experience supporting DoD or Army training programs preferred.
