Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
Manage system configuration changes across Amazons proprietary transportation systems to support new and existing package flows
Track program milestones and communicate status to business leaders and stakeholders
Execute network design changes end-to-end coordinating with business leaders and program teams to ensure timely delivery
Dive deep into package flow data to troubleshoot system errors identify root causes and implement fixes
Identify process improvement opportunities and build automation to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy
Develop analytics and reporting capabilities leveraging AI to drive data-driven decision-making
Proactively identify and mitigate risks in system configurations before they impact customers
Document processes standard operating procedures and configuration playbooks for the team
- Bachelors degree in supply chain business engineering finance or related technical or quantitative field
- 2 years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.)
- Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
- Masters degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
